As 'luck' would have it, I recently aquired a nutritionist. It was through him we discoved a food allergy to gluten and lactose. While cutting out/down dairy was easy, gluten has been a struggle for me. Now, I can't just skim the nutrition facts! When I eat right, I feel better, so there's no stopping now.
